Why UMRA PILOT
How we choose the Pilots you can book
Many travelers make Umrah only once. Before a Pilot can take bookings, our team checks their documents, and clear rules keep both sides to their word after you book.
What you can rely on
What we check before a Pilot is listed, and the rules that apply once you book.
Checked by a person
Before a Pilot is listed, our team reviews their passport, student ID and tour guide licence one by one.
Someone who speaks your language
Search by the language you speak and the country a Pilot is from.
Local knowledge
Pilots live and study in Makkah and Madinah. They know the rites, the history and the practical side of each day.
Your days are yours
Once a Pilot accepts, those days are held for you. A Pilot can never be booked twice for the same day.
Fair for both sides
Cancellations are limited on both sides. After 3 cancelled bookings, a Pilot is paused and a traveler is put on hold.
Honest reviews
Only a traveler who completed a journey with a Pilot can review them, one review per booking.
