UMRA PILOT connects travelers with verified local Pilots in Makkah and Madinah. Here is what happens on each side.
For travelers
Four steps from your search to a Pilot at your side.
Find your Pilot
Search by city, language and the country a Pilot is from. Read their profile, rates and reviews.
Send a request
Choose your dates. Your card is held for the price plus a 3% service fee, and nothing is charged unless the Pilot accepts.
Your Pilot accepts
The days are held for you, and you can both see each other’s phone number to plan the details.
Travel and review
Make your journey with someone who knows the way, then leave a review for the next traveler.
For Pilots
Four steps from registration to your first traveler.
Register
Name, city, photo and a short bio. About fifteen minutes.
Upload documents
ID, student ID and guide licence, plus your residence permit if you live in Saudi Arabia. Every extra document earns a badge.
Admin verification
A person reviews each document. Usually two to three days.
Start guiding
Your profile goes live and travelers can send you requests.
